Jon/John B. He is very polite and explained the process well for the survey that they are conducting. I would like to add that though I was not bothered by this, this approach does make for an uncomfortable interaction between client/person and your employee. It also puts your employee in a position for an escalated negative response if the wrong person is approached ( 2 of my coworkers immediately turned their backs on him and acted as if he was stalking them)

He is playing things he was right on time he was really friendly and he seemed like he knows his job okay how do I send it and I think he did a great job

Great experience. Robert was very nice and helpful. Stayed longer than originally planned do to a bigger job than originally needed but stayed until job was done and even called back to make sure he didn’t need to come back.

Our new service tech Lauria was fast, professional and completed all areas required. She is a keeper, hope she is our full time tech.
