We would like to congratulate the changes that have occurred over the years and dealing with all the changes. We want to compliment Sam and Ken as well for taking care of long term customers and accommodate any changes as they occur. Thorough and conscientious service personnel!

Wesley was great. He answered all my questions and got the job done.

Wow. We had multiple ground wasp nests around our home and (what we thought was) paper wasp nest. Theresa was quick to schedule us as we have elderly parents living with us who walk the yard daily and small grandchildren. Cory the technician came and quickly assessed the "paper wasps" were actually a very aggressive and potentially dangerous Bald-faced Hornets. Those Hornets release pheromones in their sting that triggers OTHER NESTS in the area to join in attacking. He quickly treated the areas and found 3 other nests in our pool house. An hour later we located another nest, I called Theresa and she was able to fit us into Cory's schedule the very next morning. Everyone we've encountered has gone above and beyond. We plan to have them back if we ever have another nest. Great service, great pricing.

Herb Poppe was capable, competent and professional as he deftly located all of the mole infestation on our property. Since Herb's applications we have not had any further evidence of mole activity on our property. Bravo Herb! Highly recommend Griffin Pest Control and, especially, Herb Poppe!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! The entire experience with Griffin was first rate from start to finish. They called me back immediately when I reached out for help and followed up via phone and email throughout the scheduling process. I asked that they try to arrive with a short notice and within a tight window, not expecting them to be able to pull it off and somehow they did. The gentleman that arrived was super friendly, a great communicator, and even talked me through everything on the phone after he clocked out for the day because I wasn’t able to be there the entire time. If you’re reading this review wondering if you should reach out to Griffin you can stop doing the research and just pick up the phone. You’ll be happy you did!

Showed up on time, was clean, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. Offered timely advice and didn't try to rush away after doing the treatment. Seemed to care about the results and not like he was just paid to show up. This type of service almost never exists anymore.

I haven't yet had the heat treatment for bedbugs performed so can't comment below. However, have a disability, so preparing the house for treatment posed considerable challenges and I had to reschedule. Zachary Woodman has proved exceptionally courteous and accommodating of my schedule constraints. He went out of his way to give me advice on how to follow the somewhat complicated instructions. He really represented Griffin well!

Herb was thoughtful, knowledgeable and effective. He made it clear to my wife and I that Griffin would do “whatever it takes” resolve our mole yard issues.

Quarterly Pest control outside. Everything went well. Stevie Tech arrived around 4:15pm.

Paul was thorough in his work, respectful, and very kind to talk with. We were considering cancelling our Griffin treatments because past applications were minimal. With Paul on the job we think we may keep the house perimeter service to minimize spiders, ants, etc crawling around on the deck, porch, etc.

I was in the market for a new pest control company. I found Griffin Pest management on line. I spoke to Heather on the phone who got me scheduled the exact same day. I explained the issues I was having with flies. They came out did everything I asked in timely fashion. I really appreciated Heather listening to my concerns and coming out same day to spray. Her customer service on the phone was excellent and the price you pay is outstanding. I highly recommend this company.

James was very courteous and took his time to clean everything up for me thank you and your staff

Griffin sprays my house every quarter. I have very few insects of any kind. If there is a problem, they come back -no charge. Highly recommend!

Billie, who serviced our property today, is awesome — personable, informative and thorough. He was in for a tri-annual visit, which we highly value because two years ago when we first hired Griffin, our longed for house in the woods was overrun with carpenter ants and other invaders, which Griffin eliminated and has combatted diligently.

Robert was very understanding and blew out two tires and still showed up!! I truly appreciate his kindness and is very detailed!! Great job!!
